This excursion includes delectable asparagus and a behind-the-scenes look at the world of the “kingly vegetable“. Following the Baden Asparagus Route, participants can see firsthand how Germany’s beloved white asparagus is cultivated, harvested, and processed. Guests can even participate in the harvest if they’d like!
This unforgettable experience is rounded out with a meal of deliciously prepared, freshly-picked asparagus and a glass of Baden’s finest white wine. Thanks to Germany’s unique “Sun Tunnel”, this offer is available as of mid-March.
Information: Group Sizes varies, starting from 30 people, tour takes approx. 4 hours, guided tour of the asparagus farm (inner and outer area), how asparagus is cultivated and processed, kinds of asparagus, Marketing, participation in the asparagus harvest (optional), group meal (asparagus soup, asparagus spears served with potatoes, German fried pancakes with herbs, sauce hollandaise, and cress butter) incl. beverages (white wine from Baden, mineral water and apple juice).
