Partnership is Expanded
Another topic is coming into focus for companies
With the successful partnership between India and Germany, between Maharashtra and Baden-Württemberg, between Pune and Karlsruhe, more and more topics are being added: many of them were discussed during the delegation trip with Minister of State Dr. Florian Stegmann, Karlsruhe Mayor Dr. Frank Mentrup and 16 other high-ranking representatives from business, politics and culture.

After business, science, education and culture, another building block is now being added: The district craftsmen's association (Kreishandwerkerschaft Region Karlsruhe) in the Karlsruhe region was able to present its lighthouse project "Craft.Roadshow" in Aurangabad, Pune and Mumbai - among others to Deputy Prime Minister Davendra Fadnavis, Industry Minister Uday Samant, Education Minister Deepak Kesarkar, the German Consul General Achim Fabig, some educational institutions and CEOs of German companies with branches in India.

The focus here: qualitative and sustainable implementation of the recruitment of skilled workers in India, which is also essential for the skilled trades in Germany. With the “Craft.Roadshow India” young Indians are to be won over for dual training in the future, thereby giving them access to the German job market.
