NUFAM: join exhibitors for first time

The fourth NUFAM, Karlsruhe’s trade fair for commercial vehicles under the honorary patronage of Winfried Hermann, Baden-Württemberg’s Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, will bring major industry players to the region. For the first time, the following companies will be among the exhibitors at the trade fair held from 24 to 27 September 2015 in the Karlsruhe Trade Fair Centre: Otto Nussbaum, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of platform lifts; SEKA, producer of semitrailers for the transport of liquid foodstuffs; and VBG Group Truck Equipment, manufacturer of the Ringfeder trailer coupling.

“For months now we have been holding intensive talks with interested parties, exhibitors, industry associations and partners with the aim of advancing NUFAM even further. This has resulted in numerous bookings, which proves we are on the right path. Our priority is ensuring that the entire industry is represented in its full depth and breadth. In addition, we want to make sure that visitors to the trade fair spend their time pleasantly and effectively by offering them a high level of professional expertise and perfect service”, explains Britta Wirtz, Managing Director of Karlsruher Messe- und Kongress-GmbH.



A concept has been developed to group the exhibitors in two spaces organized by topic: telematics and workshop, parts and accessories. Attendees will only have to cover short distances to reach the exhibitors in each segment, allowing them to quickly gain an overview. is serving as cooperation partner for Telematics Day
For the first time, Karlsruher Messe- und Kongress-GmbH is holding the Telematics Day in cooperation with the media group. will present itself at NUFAM with the mobile TV studio of Telematik.TV, the industry broadcaster, and coordinate the accompanying programme on Telematics Day on 25 September. Companies from the telematics segment will be able to showcase themselves on “Telematics Innovation Row”. Die Kooperation zwischen Karlsruhe und dem indischen Pune ist einen Schritt weiter: Im Januar 2014 wurde im MCCIA Trade Tower, 403, Senapati Bapat Road, eine direkte Karlsruher Anlaufstelle in Pune eröffnet. Erste Ansprechpartner dort sind die Repräsentantinnen Iris Becker und Winnie Kulkarni von Let's Bridge IT, die rund um den Standort Karlsruhe informieren, aktiv Kontakte zu indischen Firmen halten - und dazu auch deutsche Firmen aus der TRK in und um Pune bekannter machen.
