Auch Pune hat sein Oktoberfest

Deutsch-indische Kooperation bringt Event nach Pune

"Oktoberfest is the world's largest funfair held annually in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Other cities across the world – including Pune – also hold Oktoberfest celebrations, modeled after the original Munich event", heißt es dazu in den Infos für eine App: " It includes a detailed event calendar, event registration on mobile, support for questions, FAQs, and a photo gallery where you can submit your festival pictures. Participate and interact with fellow revelers from anywhere and at any time!"

"Three days of fun, music, and beer!" Take a look at all the events scheduled during the fest here! Set event reminders and get event locations too. Now that’s handy, don’t you think?"

Aus der Pressemitteilung: Extentia and IGCC (Indo-German Chamber of Commerce) announced the launch of the Pune Oktoberfest 2014 mobile application for Android. The app, first launched in 2012, has enhanced features for the 2014 event. It’s a convenient and easy to use utility app for event registration, information, directions, support, and feedback. IGCC brings Germany’s well known Oktoberfest to Pune for the sixth time next month. It will be held between Oct 10 – 12, at the Turf Club, Pune, and Extentia is an event partner. Oktoberfest is a 16-day festival held annually in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, running from late September to the first weekend in October. It is one of the most famous events in Germany and is the world’s largest fair, with more than 5 million people attending every year. The Oktoberfest is an important part of Bavarian culture, having been held since 1810. Other cities across the world also hold Oktoberfest celebrations, modeled after the Munich event.

Users are also able to request free Uber ride codes through the Pune Oktoberfest mobile application. These can be used for free rides to and from the event – a convenient way to avoid parking problems common at the venue, and for safe driving. "Extentia has been a pioneer in creating event-specific mobile applications, and Pune Oktoberfest 2014 is solely for this three day festival", said Umeed Kothavala, CEO, Extentia: "We’re happy to help IGCC promote this popular event once again, and hope users and visitors derive value from this app."

Anlaufstelle in Pune

Direkte Ansprechpartner
